Order Processing: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and fulfilled from our warehouse.

• Delivery Times: Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
  
  • Inside Cairo: 3-5 business days.
  • Other Governorates: 4-7 business days.

• Delivery Attempts: The shipping company will attempt to deliver your package three times. If you are unable to receive the package during any of these attempts, it will be returned to us.
• Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, you have to place another order.
