Returns
- Accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
- You can exchange the product with another one, but it’s necessary to ensure its availability on the website or by contacting the team through messages. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and receive a full refund, minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping fees.
Processing
- Allow 14 days for processing returns after approval.
Refunds
- We offer convenient and direct refunds for eligible returns through Instapay or a bank account.
- Refunds are initiated upon receiving the package at our warehouse, not when the courier picks it up.
- We cannot process refunds through couriers or shipping companies.
